Jim Stoltenberg

Jim Stoltenberg has served the community in a number of ways. He served the St. Mary's County early EMS back when helicopters were first being used to transport accident victims alnog with developing the communications between various rtesponders. He helped organize the Macon County Care Net (Care Net) over in Franklin. Care Net provided food assistance, along with housing needs etc. Jim helped start the Family Care Coalition in Macon County. This was a group that set up the Sex Ed program that was based on abstinance. This program won a state award and a national award. Jim was appointed a governor in C.O.R.A. This group was to help the people of Appalachia with economic problems. Jim also served on thr Board of Operations for Raven Rock Lutheran Camp in PA.
